He is currently continuing his education under the Master of Arts in Ministry program.
He became a Christian at the age of 11, and at 19 was called into the gospel ministry to preach. With a heart for outreach, discipleship, and missions, Kelvin, by the grace of God planted Body of Christ Church (BOCC) in Raleigh, NC. Since the church's inception in 1991, under his leadership the members have made a dynamic impact in the Raleigh community, throughout the U.S. and abroad. Under his leadership, BOCC has birthed more than sixty ministries—including an academy for elementary school students, a Community Life Center (The Dream Center), divorce care, foster care and adoption, as well as many other spiritual and social programs.
Pastor Redmond has a passion for communicating God’s word with a “crazy” sense of humor, yet with spiritual passion and a determination to be “faithful to the text”. For the past two decades in the US, Canada, Africa, and Asia, he has ministered and spoken to audiences at churches, conferences, colleges and universities, as well as to athletic teams and several other social/service arenas. His heart for missions has lead to the development of church plants, schools, and orphanages in developing countries worldwide.
